Anuradha Parthasarathy
CEO

Anuradha Parthasarathy (Anu) is an industry veteran in cross-border executive search. Before founding Global Executive Talent, Anu was a founding team member of e4e, a business process and engineering outsourcing company. As the VP-HR at e4e, Anu focused on helping find senior executive talent for e4e portfolio companies including Aztec, iSeva, iCelerate, Vinciti & Vigyanix.

In the 1990s Anu founded and built Nexus Search Consultants as the No.1 Search Firm for the Technology Sector out of Bangalore, India. Her clients at Nexus included technology giants such as Autodesk, Cadence, Compaq, CA, 3COM, Cisco, Epson, HP, IBM, Sanyo, SUN and Siemens, as also start ups such as Aspect, Aztec, Entevo, IDEA, Silicon Automation, Sierra and Talisma.

Prior to founding Nexus, Anu was the Head of Marketing for Wipro's International Operations Division.

Anu is a management graduate from BITS-Pilani, India.

Shivram Sankaran
Vice President

Shivram Sankaran is Vice President at Global Executive Talent, helping the company maintain its high standards of professionalism and excellence to its growing client base. Shivram has several years of experience as a management consultant to clients across diverse industries and markets.

He is also very conversant with the US-India business corridor, given his consulting experience in the outsourcing sector. This rich experience is brought to advantage at Global Executive Talent, where his cross-industry knowledge, familiarity with the cross-border business model, and ability to understand roles of senior executive positions, provides excellent matching between client needs and candidate skills and strengths.

Before GET, Shivram was an independent consultant for several years where his client work involved addressing business strategy and implementation issues in industries ranging from chemicals, financial services, emerging markets and enterprise software. Some of the companies where he has done full time and/or consulting work include ARCO Chemical, Advanta and Sierra Atlantic. Prior to this, Shivram was a senior manager at American Express in marketing and credit policy for consumer lending products, and before that he was an associate with Booz Allen & Hamilton in strategy consulting.

Shivram has an MBA from Wharton, an MS in engineering (Computer-Aided Design) from Carnegie Mellon, and a B.Tech in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
