Global Executive Talent is a specialized executive search firm focusing on the senior executive needs of two types of clients,
US-based companies with offshore operations, and Asia-based companies with US operations.

Our strength lies in providing the right executive team to help these companies bridge any geographical, operational or cultural gaps, and make a success of their cross-border business model.

US Based Companies

Global Executive Talent believes that engaging with clients in the spirit of partnership is the key to providing them an effective leadership team.

For companies starting to set up offshore operations, we are engaged with the client right from the stage they start planning the offshore operations, and guide them through the process of deciding on a management structure, defining key positions and designing compensation structures.

For companies with existing but under-performing offshore operations, we assist them in their turn-around efforts by identifying the right leadership team to spearhead it.

For companies with existing but small offshore operations, we find the right leadership team to help them scale, from a small experimental engineering co-development team to a large development and back-office operations center.

Many of our clients need an executive team based here in the US to manage the offshore setup - we provide them executive search services to cover this need as well.

 
Asia-based Companies

Asia-based companies are increasingly setting up operations in the US to tap this high-potential market. The US operations are usually set up as Sales & Marketing or Consulting offices.

A common problem faced by such companies is the cultural and operational difference that forms a barrier in understanding the market, as well as understanding the local senior executive talent profile. Using someone who understands the flavor of the local market is critical.

And retaining purely US-based executive search firms may not help, since they do not always have an understanding of how Asian companies work.
